A 4 hour hands-on cooking course covering any number of different food styles. If you would like to learn new cooking skills or increase your repertoire of dishes from around the world, then come and join my monthly cooking classes.
You do not need any cooking skills only a love of food and an eagerness to learn. The classes although instructional are fun and relaxed and involve hands-on cooking as well as watching me demonstrate the more tricky skills.
Cook Club is a morning class from 9.30am until 1pm. The subject will evolve and change depending on what everyone wants to learn about as well as the season, but will cover such subjects as Fish dishes; What cut is what in – a guide to French butchery; Cakes and pastries; Pasta making; Noodles and all things Asian; Barbecuing etc.
After a ‘meet and greet’ I will talk you through exactly what I will be demonstrating and what we can then cook together. We will cook 3-4 dishes savouring as we go or serve together at the end of the morning as a causal lunch. When the weather is good this will be al fresco or at other times around my kitchen table.
The price of the cook club will be 70 Euros per person with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 people (a supplement will be charged if we work with particularly expensive ingredients such as seafood and meat).
